School Visit

A visit from Ullswater Community College recieved the following message:  Another exciting trip for the KS4 work experience week - this time to Abbott Lodge. Students got to see how the farm works, meeting Jersey cows & watching the automated milking machine milk them. We discovered that the cows sleep for 10 hours, eat for 10 hours, are milked for 2 hours & are mischievous for 2 hours! Then we got to enjoy the delicious ice cream! Thank you
